QLD GROUP BACKS GREYHOUND RACING

developers QLD Group has backed greyhound racing with a three
year sponsorship of an exciting new race series to be conducted
throughout the State. The QLD Group is in the process of helping
shape the home life of so many Queenslanders with building projects
at Collingwood Park Estate, Haven Hills Estate, The Glen Bellbowrie
and later in 2004, Hamilton Towers.
The race series is to be known as the QLD Group 5th Grade Statewide
Challenge with the Grand Final to be worth $25,000 to the winner.
The series is to be conducted on similar lines to a popular
series run at the Gabba some years ago.
The series will consist of Heats and Finals at Albion Park,
Ipswich, Gold Coast and Townsville with the major Final at Albion
Park.
This exciting series will commence in the middle of May 2004.
Full conditions are available at all clubs, in the April edition
of the Journal and on theGRA website.
The GRA is very pleased to have the QLD Group involved in greyhound
racing as proud sponsors of this new event.
