The Applicant has lodged an application for approval as the control body for the greyhound code of racing in Queensland pursuant to section 10 of the Racing Act 2002.

A copy of the Applicant’s constitution is available on the Greyhound Racing Authority’s website http://www.graq.org.au

It should be noted that Greyhounds Queensland Limited has been formed with a standard constitution. However, the constitution that appears on the Greyhound Racing Authority website will be adopted by Greyhounds Queensland Limited, if it is granted a control body approval, subject to any changes required as part of the approval process.

Objections

Objections to this approval application may be made by written submission to the Executive Director, Office of Racing, Queensland Treasury and must include the name, address and signature of each objector. The submission must state the reasons for objecting and if applicable, may include conditions to which the objector/s believe an approval relating to the approval application should be subject.
