Sunday 12 August 2007 in the Dog Pavilion,
starting at 12.00pm.
RNA Councillor Mr L J Blumel, Honorary Council Steward
Mr M Tomaschewski.
Entry Fee: $12.00.
Entries close June 20TH.
Entries and fees to be lodged with the RNA on
or before the closing date. Late
entries will not be accepted. Entries must be made on
the special entry forms.
Extra forms are available from the Authority and the RNA.
All dogs to be benched
between 11 am and 11.45 am and after judging must be removed
no later than 5
pm. Entrance to the Dog Pavilion through the Symes Street
entrance off St Paul’s
Terrace.
Subject
to the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association
of
Queensland Act 1971, and to the Constitution, Rules and
By-Laws of the
Association the following Regulations shall apply.
REGULATIONS
APPLICABLE TO GREYHOUND STAKES
1.
Judging will start at approximately 12 noon.
2.
If any Exhibitor is not present when called for any class
or award the judging
will proceed in his or her absence, and the exhibit declared
absent.
4.
Any dog entered for the competition and present at the
Show may not be
withdrawn from the competition without the consent of
the Councillor or
Honorary Council Steward.
5.
All dogs must be removed from the pavilion 30 minutes
after approval has
been granted to leave the leave the pavilion on any day
of judging.
6.
Kennel signs will be limited to a maximum of 60cm x 30cm
displaying the
name of the kennels and of exhibit. No other material
may be displayed
without the written consent of the RNA.
7.
Should any question arise for which no specific guidance
is provided, the
matter shall be referred to the Councillor or Honorary
Council Steward whose
decision on the matter shall be final.
8.
All dogs must be securely benched. Not more than one exhibit
may occupy
any one bench without the permission of the Steward. A
dog may not be
placed on the bench so as to impair the view of the public,
and no objects that
will affect the view of the public may be added to the
bench. Trolleys must not
be used in lieu of a dog’s allocated bench.
9.
No dogs will be removed from the benches other than to
be exercised or
shown at any time without the authority of the Councillor
or Honorary Council
Steward.
10.
It is an offence for any person to remove or alter the
location or number of
any exhibit from the benches allocated.
12.
Prize sashes will be awarded in Stake Classes for first,
second and third
prizes.
16.
Any exhibit incorrectly nominated on the Application to
Enter form by an
Exhibitor may be declared ineligible.
