Stewards convened an Inquiry on the 28th of November 2009 in relation to an official complaint received by Rockhampton Chief Steward John Lippitt, concerning the conduct of Trainer Mr. Andrew Suli in the secretary’s office following the cancellation of trials on Thursday the 5th November 2009.
 
Stewards directed Trainer Mr. Andrew Suli of North Rockhampton to appear.

Evidence was taken from Mr. Suli, Chief Steward John Lippitt, Club Secretary Tracey Pike, and licensee Mr. Neville Cumner.

After considering all the evidence, Stewards found the complaint to be unsubstantiated and dismissed the complaint.
