Stewards opened an Inquiry in relation to the circumstances surrounding a web posting that appeared on a greyhound chat site on the 16th of May 2009.
The document related in part to certain allegations leveled against a current Board Member of GQL.

Stewards directed Licensee Mr. D. Hollywood of Woodford to appear.

Stewards took evidence from Mr. Hollywood along with a number of written exhibits.

As a result Stewards charged Mr. Hollywood under Rule 86 (f)(iii)
A Person (including an official) shall be guilty of an offence if the person- (f) engages in, publishes or causes to be published, broadcast, or causes to be broadcasts, the use of any contemptuous, unseemly, improper, insulting, or offensive language, conduct or behavior in any manner or form towards, or in relation to,
(iii) the Controlling Body, or a member of a Controlling Body.

Mr. Hollywood pleaded guilty.

Mr. Hollywood was disqualified for a period of 6 months.

Mr. Hollywood was read his rights of Appeal at the conclusion of the Inquiry.
