Stewards opened an Inquiry in relation to an incident at the Capalaba Greyhound Racing Club on Saturday the 15th of April 2006 involving Trainer Mr. Gary Wilson of Chambers Flat and Stewards.

Stewards questioned Trainer Mr.Wilson in relation to the incident that took place after the last event.

Stewards subsequently questioned the following witnesses. Stewards C.McLune, J.Muir, H.Cantwell, Trainers P.Hull, P.Felgate and Attendant H.Coxsell.

As a result Stewards charged Trainer Mr.Wilson under GAR Rule 125.1.f. (i) which states: Any Person (including an Official) who; engages in, publishes or causes to be published, broadcasts or causes to be broadcast, the use of contemptuous, unseemly, improper, insulting, or offensive language, conduct or behaviour in any manner or form towards, or in relation to: (i) a Steward.

Mr. Wilson pleaded not guilty.

Mr.Wilson was found guilty as charged by Stewards.

Mr.Wilson was disqualified for a period of 12 months.

Mr.Wilson was read his rights of Appeal at the conclusion of the Inquiry.
