Stewards concluded an Inquiry in relation to an incident that took place at Albion Park on the 24th of April 2006 in the catching pen after the running of Race One. Stewards took evidence from Mr. John Hayes and Mr.Paul Grogan (catching pen officials) and licenced person Ms Kerryn Clark.

Ms K.Clark was subsequently charged under Rule 125 (1) a (q) which states: Any person (including an official) who commits or omits to do any act or engages in conduct which is in any way detrimental or prejudicial to the interest, welfare, image, control, or promotion of greyhound racing.

Ms. K. Clark pleaded guilty to the charge.

Ms. K. Clark was fined $100.
