STEWARDS PRESENT: D.M.RYAN CHAIRMAN OF STEWARDS
D.KAYS CHIEF STEWARD INVESTIGATIONS
Stewards opened an Inquiry in relation to an incident
in the grandstand area of the Albion Park Raceway during
the conduct of the Brisbane Greyhound Racing Club meeting
on the 24th of April 2006 involving Attendant Kerryn Clark
of Logan Village.
Stewards questioned Attendant Kerryn Clark in relation
to the incident that took place during the Race Meeting.
Stewards subsequently questioned the following witnesses.
G.Purshouse and K.Watson.
As a result Stewards charged Attendant K.Clark under
Rule 125.1.q which states Any Person (including
an Official) who; commits or omits to do any act or engages
in conduct which is in any way detrimental or prejudicial
to the interest, welfare, image, or promotion of greyhound
racing.
Ms. Clark pleaded guilty.
Ms.Clark was placed on a good behaviour bond for a period
of 12 months.
Ms.Clark was read her rights of Appeal at the conclusion
of the Inquiry.
