Stewards convened an Inquiry on the 19th of February 2010 in relation to the urine sample numbered 288363 taken from the greyhound “LEO’S ENFORCER” which competed on the 2nd January 2010 at the Bundaberg Greyhound Racing Club in Race 6 (placed 1st) and subsequently returned positive to the prohibited substance theobromine.

Stewards directed Trainer Mr. Tracy Kunde of Caboolture to appear.
Evidence was taken from Mr. Kunde.

Stewards charged the Trainer under R 83 (2) (a) (d) which states;
(2) The owner, trainer or person in charge of a greyhound
(a) nominated to compete in an Event
(d) shall present the greyhound free of any prohibited substance  
 
Mr. Kunde pleaded guilty as charged.

Mr. Kunde was fined $275.

Stewards disqualified the greyhound “LEO’S ENFORCER” under R 83 (5)(a) from Race 6 (placed 1st, heat New Years Cup) at the Bundaberg Greyhound Racing Club meeting on the 2nd January 2010 and subsequently under R83 (5)(b) from Race 6 (placed 2nd, final New Years Cup) at the Bundaberg Greyhound Racing Club meeting on the 9th January 2010.

Prizemoney must be returned to Greyhounds Queensland.

Mr. Kunde was read his rights of Appeal at the conclusion of the Inquiry.
