Stewards convened an Inquiry on the 20th of March 2010 in relation to an official complaint lodged by Licensee Mr Ron Brook, concerning the conduct of Licensee Mr. Steven Martin in the kennel block prior to the running of Race 7 of the Bundaberg Greyhound Racing Club held on the 6th March 2010.
 
Stewards directed Licensee Mr. Steven Martin of Branyan to appear.

Evidence was taken from Mr. Martin, Licensee Mr. Ron Brook, Licensee Mr John Betro and Kennel attendant Mr. Aaron Nalder.

After considering all the evidence, Stewards found the complaint to be unsubstantiated and dismissed the complaint.
