The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

GENERAL

Race 1

HEY CASTANZA and BOREMAN were slow to begin. HAY BATMAN, PIERRE BOUCHEE and TAVISTOCK were racing tight and bumping through the catching pen. Entering the back straight BOREMAN, JULIET RAPIDO and HEY CASTANZO all collided losing ground. Approaching the top turn HAY BATMAN, THREE COPIES and JULIET RAPIDO were racing tight resulting in THREE COPIES and JULIET RAPIDO falling and taking no further competitive part in the event.

Race 2

NICE WITH ICE and SILVERSMITH were slow to begin. GINA ROSA, BOUNDING and ME DAD’S TRENDY were racing tight shortly after the start. Entering the home straight on the 1^st occasion ME DAD’S TRENDY, MAYWYN A TOKEN and NICE WITH ICE collided at the rear of the field. Approaching the home turn NICE WITH ICE and TRENDY FAN both fell.

Race 3

SUGARINE was slow to begin. MANCUNIAN BLUE and ON THE SNOZ dwelt shortly after. Approaching the bottom turn HIGHLAND ROSIE, ON THE SNOZ and SPIDER DIVA were racing tight. Approaching the bottom turn HIGHLAND ROSIE shifted out colliding with ON THE SNOZ and SUGARINE.

Race 4

BEEKAY’S VIRUS and FOUR EX FEVER collided shortly after the start. BOSANOVA BLUE and DIVA BLU collided through the catching pen. In the back straight DIVA BLU and SLICK HANNAH both shifted wide.

Race 5

TAMBER GROVE was slow to begin. GO ATTITUDE and KADET bumped shortly after the start. Through the catching pen TAMBER GROVE, GO ATTITUDE and SURF THE REEF were racing tight and bumping losing ground.

Race 6

CLASSIC ATTITUDE was slow to begin. ELOIZE, CLANCY LANE, RUMNUT and WILL BE QUEEN were racing tight and bumping through the catching pen resulting in ELOIZE falling. As ELOIZE was falling it hampered the run of YOUNG INTRUDER who then fell shortly after. Both greyhounds failed to finish the event. Entering the home straight CLANCY LANE became unbalanced checking the running of WILL BE QUEEN.

Race 7

CHEEKY PRINCE, ULTRA SWIFT and MITOJE BOY dwelt at the start. Approaching the bottom turn SHE’S THE WORD lost ground when checking off the heels of TECHNOMAN. SHE’S THE WORD and CHEEKY PRINCE collided approaching the catching pen. ULTRA SWIFT shifted wide through the catching pen.

Race 8

STYLISH STINGER was slow to begin. Through the catching pen SPECIAL LABEL shifted out colliding with SAINT JIMMY who then collided with KEONA LEE and TEMPO BLACK. All greyhounds lost some ground.

Race 9

SHE ROSE HIGH, STRAIGHT WICKED, PIANELLA and MISTER LANE all collided at the start. Approaching the bottom turn KENTUCKY RACER shifted out colliding with HEART’S ABOUND. Through the catching pen STRAIGHT WICKED and MISTER LANE collided heavily with both greyhounds losing ground. Approaching the top turn TRICKY JO, HEART’S ABOUND, SHE ROSE HIGH, STRAIGHT WICKED and MISTER LANE were all tightened for room.

Race 10

ELEVEN GRAND and LIL MIRACLE were slow to begin. FIRE OF LONDON, MICHELLE’S MINE, EARTH QUEST, SPECIAL ABILITY and IN A BOUND were all involved in a general scrimmage through the catching pen. Approaching the home turn MICHELLE’S MINE checked off the heels of IN A BOUND resulting in MICHELLE’S MINE checking the running of ELEVEN GRAND and EARTH QUEST. All greyhounds were at the rear of the field.
